Our room reaked of marijuana but the desk agent was able to get us a different room. Not sure how it smelled that bad still when it was probably cleaned 1/2 day ago or more. Hotels need to be able to kick people out when they make a room smell like this especially knowing children could be staying in there next also.

The bed and room were very nice BUT NO HOT WATER!!! WE COULDN'T EVEN SHOWER!! I COMPLAINED IN THE EVENING AND WAS TOLD TO JUST WAIT A LITTLE BIT AND IT SHOULD HEAT UP.THIS WAS ALREADY LATE IN THE EVENING SO WE WENT AHEAD AND CALLED IT THE NIGHT. GOT UP. EARLY THE NEXT MORNING HAD A SET TIME.WE NEEDED TO LEAVE TO REACH OUR DESTINATION AND AGAIN.NO HOT WATER AND UPON COMPLAINING WAS TOLD.WELL WE CAN MOVE IT TO ANOTHER ROOM?!? I SAID WE LEAVE IN 45 MINUTES.VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AT A HILTON
