Breakfast and staff at front was nice. Kitchen lady was awesome

Room was not handicapped accessible. Cleaning people were awful. Left a full day early because we just couldn’t stay in the room with my disabled mom. Cleaners kept refolding gross towels from the floor

The service was excellent. The rooms were clean but we found bugs in 2 rooms (we asked to change rooms). The hotel is very dated and the lobby had a strong odor. We did not end up staying in this hotel.

"Too loud for comfort"

Room was clean and breakfast was good but thats only good about it. Outside our room was Wings etc bar and grill that played outdoor live music till 10pm but it was loud even even in our room. Luckly we usually go to bed late but if you want early peace and quiet this is NOT the place to stay there are other hotels around this place id go there.

"Large group Semma"

Amazing staff and clean hotel… would recommend especially if you’re going with large group. Karen was awesome . She spent the extra time to make sure our party of 15 had a great time …
