"Great choice in Woodstock"

Great staff and an updated hotel in the beautiful town of Woodstock. I was working in London but found this to be a much better option after a prior stay. Daily housekeeping is offered which allows you to set your own cleaning schedule. Large, comfortable room. Some weekend tournaments make it busy but it’s quiet during the week. Indoor pool with a huge kiddie slide that’s open on the weekends. Just a great place to stay.

My little family and I stayed for a night midweek. Easy check-in/check-out, the kindest staff, and cozy beds. The futon could be updated but our kid is a tank, and slept fine. Thanks for a great stay!

"Unprofessional Manager"

Don't make the mistake of asking to speak to the manager to fix a simple problem, she is the rudest, nastiest person that you could ever deal with. I asked her to change the IHG number to the one it was booked under and she said that she would change it to Santa Claus, how professional of her! I guess they don't want our business anymore, looks like another hotel will get the $7K to 10K that our company would have spent this year
