Clean rooms. Hallways and lobby are fresh, clean and well kept. Cinnamon buns are tasty. There was a youth baseball and hockey tournament taking place. Quiet time of 10pm was appreciated and 'obeyed'. Staff were very friendly.

The hotel was great but my kids were very disappointed!!! You select this hotel, family with young kids who see pool with a slide and suppose to be open Friday afternoon and Saturday and was closed. That is why I am giving the hotel 3/5. Everything else was good.

Staff were outstanding

Such a wonderful experience start to finish! I booked this hotel for 1 night for a solo trip, and emailed the hotel regarding special requests I have due to being sound sensitive autistic. I asked very kindly if there was any possibility to be on the top floor with no one above me, and no one beside me sharing a wall. The man called me within an hour to advise he will do his best to ensure I get that room. He also assisted me with filling out a credit card authorization form before check in as my husband and I share a credit card, but it is only in his name. I do a lot of work booking hotels for others, so I am aware the credit card for incidentals at check in needs to match your name. If it doesnt, a credit card authorization form is required. He emailed me the form right away, and put all my information on file. When I checked in, the woman at the front desk was so kind and friendly. She had the credit card authorization form waiting with all my information, and explained the times for the pool, and the free breakfast in the morning. I was advise my room # was 502. To my extreme surprise, not only was it the top floor, but also the very end corner unit with no one across from me or beside me. The room was immaculate, spacious and clean. I had the best sleep that I've ever had at a hotel. Hotels usually case me alot of anxiety due to my autism and always hearing all sounds through the walls of other guests. I never heard a peep👌🙂 If I could provide 1 possibility to make things better, the only pillows provided were extremely fluffy with 0 support or firmness. It would be nice to have an option on no firmness/more firm pillows.
