"Never again. It was a waste of 180.00 dollars. If the ac doesn’t work don’t put guest in that room!"

Staff was nice. It was clean.

Our room 329 the AC did not work. It was so hot. I did tell the front desk and they said they would have somebody come fix it while we were out. They did come up to our room. But walked into a hot room. It’s not fixed. We are here trying to go to sleep in a sweltering room.
