Victoria Falls Rainbow Hotel

Staff were friendly and very helpfull. Pool area and the stew were lovely Kettle and fridge in room Mosquito repellent in room. Very useful. Received cakes with my cup of tea. A nice surprise

Bedding was a bit stained

I fell really ill just before I arrived and was worried I wouldn't be able to join my Safari.. When I told the staff the next morning I was sick, they had a wonderful DR in my room within 30 minutes!! The staff checked on me, bought for to my room and kept ATM eye on me 💜 By the following day I was so much better and joined my Safari for an awesome 3 week tour. Thank you so much to the team for genuinely caring and giving such great customer service !! They are were the best 💕

Located at easy reach of the falls and town. Has a swimming pool that came in handy after coming back from trips in the afternoon

Minimum noise suppression between rooms. Can easily hear sounds from rooms new to and above your own. No simple amenities like facial tissues

Right from the time of check-in, we felt a familial feel to the hotel. Ethel at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. In fact all the staff are friendly and ready to lend a helping hand for any queries. The AC worked well as did the mosquito net - two things that are very important in Victoria Falls! The rooms were more than adequate and all in all it was great value for money. Location: It is about a 20-25 minutes walk to the Falls. There are shops for basic amenities about a 7-8 minute walk away.

The Rainbow Hotel was beautiful, had lots of accomodations and was in easy walking distance to the Falls and town! The receptionist staff were incredibly helpful and having the booking agents also in the lobby made planning things very easy. The swim up bar at the pool was also really fun and I enjoyed that feature! [[The only drawback is that while the restaurant itself is affordable for lunch and dinner, the breakfast (if not included) is ridiculously pricey $30+ for continental style!!]]

Would not recommend the hotel. Me my wife and daughter went to Vic falls for a holiday. What they sell on the internet and what you get is completely the opposite. We arrived on the Friday and the don't even have a local beer to drink. After the firs breakfast we decided not to eat here at all. At the breakfast they serve veggies. Most probabley the leftovers of the previous night's dinner. The orange juice is mixed with water.It really tastes aufull. We stayed in a family room and the room smell. The balcony door do not open. I would really not recommend this place.

Lovely grounds, pool area and staff. Rooms were clean. Great to have access to the courtesy bus.
