"Convenient hotel to Vic Falls town"

It was close to town. There was a lovely swimming pool. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The regular shuttle to town and the Falls entry is great.

The shower was poor and sprayed on the floor. It water temperature was hot in the evenings, but not at other times in the day. The lunch meals were fairly ordinary. Some facilities needed to be refreshed.

Rooms were comfortable, but bedside mats would have been nice. Location was excellent

The restaurant was shocking, 1st morning Nothing laid out until half an hour late and then it was all gone in 20 minutes and had to wait another half an hour for more to arrive !! Dinner alacarte. Dinner took. TWO And a HALF hours to arrive at the Table. We had no hand soap by the wash basin. Our last night no towels were delivered to our room x
