Victoria Falls Rainbow Hotel

The staff was very attentive and helpful. Rooms a little dated but nice in size and we really enjiyed the deck and pool

Breakfast

A decent hotel in the middle of central town – walking distance to the falls, restaurants and starting point for tours/trips. The staff was friendly, rooms decent sized and clean. The breakfast was decent but nothing to write home about. The restaurant had decent food too, but the service is extremely slow (around an hour), so one would need to consider that before ordering. There was a swimming pool and swim up bar, but we didn’t use it. The hotel offers free shuttle services to the falls a few specific times in a day.

Good overall

Hotel was clean comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was superb. Huge very comfortable bed.

We booked a sunrise tour with the lobby agents that did not turn up for us, although they were very apologetic it did not change the fact we missed an experience we were looking forward to.

A wonderful outing

Good location, comfortable room

Dated decor and lack of shelves and wardrobes in bedroom. Restaurant was ok but on a morning it was sadly full of a large group of Germans who were like cattle taking over the room.
