Chase On The Lake

The relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and exceptional cleanliness made my stay very enjoyable over New Year's.

Signage to the ice machine on the third floor was confusing. Mattresses were not overly comfortable.

The staff were amazing

The whole building is really cool, the beds were very comfy, food and drinks at the restaurant was good, the hot tub was great on a cold winter day so was the sauna and the ice bath was a nice touch right outside the sauna.

I do wish that there was a bathtub in our room and the rooms was very small other than that or stay was great will definitely be coming back

Lovely location and close to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfy. Staff was great. Rooms were clean.

Parking can be tough. Although there was a wedding there so that was probably part of the reason.

Ac/ heat fan was really loud when it kicked in then got quiet, but woke me up every time Mold in the shower. Fridge didn't work.

It was good, but I would of had fresh fruit. There was fruit in the yogurt but a bowl of fruit with apples, bananas, oranges.

The breakfast was just right to start the day! The 502 restaurant being attached was a plus too!

The sink didn’t have the plunger….and the tub by the drain had rust.
