Chase On The Lake

Unfortunately due to a widespread power outage we were not able to enjoy this property. This was, of course NOT THEIR FAULT! The management was very kind and apologetic, as well as extremely quick to refund our advance payment.We will definitely be visiting again.

Location was very convenient. Great staff and great indoor pool.

This was sold as breakfast included but that was just an unadvertised grab and go which is only available during weekdays. Had to pay for the buffet.

We stayed at the other wing with the apartments. The rooms are spacious, clean and the location is convenient because its near stores and restaurants which are walking distance. The best part, its right by lake so you can take your evening walks and sit by the lake and watch beautiful sunsets or you can watch from the balcony of your room. The rooms to designed to cater for all travelers as there is the single rooms for single travelers and couples and the apartments for families. I would like to thank the staff at the front desk (Bernard and Alyson) they are very knowledgeable of the local area. Thank you!

This place has gone down hill, We used to come here a couple times a year. This is the LAST time I will ever visit. Nothing works pool broken Jacuzzi not working Sauna not working. If you ask about it they get mad. Also the room we had was facing a wall

Great Hotel

Hotel staff was great, rooms were clean

Was roomed right next to bar area with loud music you could here from the room. Hotel was holding an event, there was a lot of loud guests in the hallway till early hours of the morning. Asked to move rooms and was told no.
