Delton Grand Resort

87 degrees and our AC didn’t work. Called the desk and maintenance finally showed up, took the filter out and said he’d replace it the next day. The filter had July 2020 handwritten on it. It was filthy. Came back the next day with a new filter. Still no AC. Cable TV also did not work in main room. Terrible experience, especially since we paid $436… A NIGHT. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. Loved the lake view from our balcony.

When we showed up to the condo, the front door was ajar and broken. There was a hole in the wall in the bedroom, 2 bulbs were missing in the kitchen, the patio was filthy and needed to be swept and the thick spider webs removed. Even more so, the carpet was absolutely filthy. My 1-year old crawled around and her hands, knees and feet were black! I went down to the office and complained, and the maintenance team came in and cleaned it... by then time we got back from our days activities, the carpet was soaking wet. I went back to the office to complain and they provided an option where we sleep in another condo for that one night so the carpet can dry (with 3 young kids, we declined and dealt with the wet carpet). I asked for the property manager to contact me and he never did, we contacted him and he never called back. I asked for a discount for having to live in filth for 4 nights, and the property manager never responded. A very disappointing trip with my family; I didn’t expect much out of this place in the first place, but there are basic expectations of cleanliness that this place failed at.

It was peaceful and clean I love the view of the lake once I walked out the patio of my room. The front desk staff was very helpful and respectful. Every water park, restaurant and activities were only 3-5 mins away. The only thing that I didn’t like was the hot tub that was in the room was not working but once I let front desk know they had no problem with switching my room out to another one. I would recommend me and my family to stay here again.

Don’t book here. They made an error on their end and sold the resort I booked and made no accommodations for us. We had to squeeze into a smaller room and the property would not provide us with a partial refund for the smaller room.

The lake view and access was incredible and made for memorable sunrises/sunsets. No turndown service felt bad considering the cost of this facility. Accidently locked myself out of my room at 6am. Office didn't open till 8am and both phone numbers went unanswered. :(

I would have liked a different room style. It was overall nice.

We got a call on our way out and it was the Lake Delton Grand resort and spa asking what our arrival time would be. They informed us that the office would be closing early at 7 and they would put our room info and key in a lockbox and send instructions. Which the did! We found our room and our key and we’re super happy with being able to park right outside the door of our One bedroom comfort villa after a long drive. The villa was cute and good sized with a kitchen, one bedroom, sitting area with pull out bed, fireplace and patio. Full body massage shower!! Pros and cons? I’m going to start with the cons because the pros make the place. Cons: We got a list of internet passwords, but none of them was for any of the access points we could choose from. The list seemed to cover the 100’s through the 300’s (unit numbers,) and we were in the 400s. Lots of access points and passwords, just none we could use. There were sheets but no blankets for the pull out bed. My poor 19 year old son not only had no internet access, but no blanket either! And… the pull out bed was too painful for him to sleep on. Basically, he hated staying there. When we tried to call someone to help us with the issues, we got zero response. Pros? OMG that patio view. The sunset was nice, the sunrise? Awe-mazing! The shower was the best shower I’ve had in my life. I’ve never been so relaxed and clean. The area was quiet and the staff I met in the morning was very friendly.
