The room was a tad dated but great service and very clean.

Fire place didn’t work, maintenance never showed up. Security lock on main door was broke.

Great place! Always quiet, clean and a home away from home!

There was no way to view or select themes in the rooms. We were startled by the strange jungle themed room with no cohesion. Also, giraffes do not live in the jungle. Rooms were lacking amenities listed in the description, we ended up wasting a lot of food due to the lack of listed kitchen. The room looked clean at first glance, but it was clear that the floor and tub were not touched. Areas by the bed had months of dust built up. The whole building smelled of weed and air fresheners attempting to cover it up. It smelled deep seated into both the room and halls. Lastly the piping in the building is not fit to handle the jacuzzi or the high flow shower. We were woken multiple times each night to the pipes shaking in the walls (the water access panel was located RIGHT behind the bed).

Great location with beautiful lake view. Apartment style with huge living room and open kitchen. Bedroom and bathroom in the back. Only complaint was that the bathroom door of our unit was coming off the hindges. The screws were all falling out and couldnt be tightened so it made the door difficult to shut. Otherwise it was all great and very quiet. Wife loved the large shower with body jets and banch.
