I believe its sort of a gamble as to which type of room (some are themed) you get or its level of renovation. Our room looked like it was just renovated and a lot bigger than we expected. Large couches in the living room, beautiful kitchen, giant shower, everything was great. The pool at the next building over was nice, the free noahs ark passes were a nice touch as well (hint: Take the passes and go to noah's ark for the first 90 minutes they are open every day instead of staying multiple hours, that way there are no lines!!). Overall I liked it and would probably stay there again. They also provided a parking spot next to the office to park our boat.
