It was clean and comfortable.

Clean room, friendly and efficient staff, big bathroom. Need more shelves and towel bars/hooks for shower and also for sink. Construction next door started early, looks like it will be done soon. Need drinking glass for bathroom and cup for coffee or tea. Bathroom light was motion activated so it was on and off during the night and also while I was in the shower. Seems like an easy adjustment.

Location was good, host was very helpful

The room and bathroom were too small and the premises were dilapidated. No hooks or shelves in the bathroom to put your toiletries or clothes.

Quiet location, the exterior of the office is attractive, a cute adobe looking building. Quite clean room. Beautiful flowering bushes outside. Room doors were attractive.

Mismatched, old decor. None of the curtains, carpet, wall color nor bedspread looked good together. Colors looked bad together. Grease stains on curtains. Badly damaged door trim. Bathroom faucet runs constantly, wasting water. Entrance to my room was in a short hallway, and the light on the ceiling outside my room was burnt out, a possible safety issue. No elevator to access the 2nd floor.

As someone who's been poor all my life, I've become a connoisseur of cheap hotels. This stay was excellent for the price. I had low expectations, and they were significantly exceeded. This is the perfect place if you need a place to stay on a budget and aren't too concerned about amenities. Staff was friendly and unobtrusive

This is a very affordable hotel; the beds are comfortable, the linens are fresh and clean, and the room has the amenities for a comfortable stay.

It was not clean, there was mold that affected my breathing. Remnants of what seemed to be a prior smoking room. I could see cigarette burns in the bathroom floor. I could also smell it from the walls. I was worried about the sheets so I didn't sleep under the covers. It was noisy. The rooms and exterior need to be renovated, gutted and redone. I seriously considered getting another hotel but the rates were very inflated at other hotels. I won't stay again. The only plus was the man that checked me in. He was super nice and allowed me to check in 30 mins early. Oh, the bed was horrible. My back is out and I will have to see my chiropractor when I get home. I also had to move things around to access a plug to charge my phone.

We got the lone room on the ground floor between parked cars and a big bay of garage storage so the approach was unpleasant, and the ceiling was low. The saving grace was that the sheets, pillows and towels were clean and nice. I didn’t want to spend time in the room due to the old, dingy lighting, carpet, window coverings and windows. My son nor husband didn’t care but did mind the uncomfortable beds, which didn’t bother me.
