The staff was very attentive to my handicap needs

It was what I expected. I would have liked to.see a second selection of juice.

My only problem was that when I reserved the room on.booking.com, I didn't see anything that told me the room was on the second floor. I was traveling with a disabled wife. The manager did call and offer me a room on the lower floor for an.additional cost. He was very courteous and accomodating but my wife chose to climb the stair since we wouldn't be staying lomg.

The manager accused us of things that we did not do, felt very uncomfortable around him. The door wasn’t working very well. I already had a bad feeling as soon as I walked into the building. He did try to fix the door but it was just hard to open for me, that just made me uncomfortable as I have medical issues with my arm and shoulder. It just felt like he was watching us very closely and we felt very uncomfortable because of this as we did pay to stay there. We did get a refund for part of our stay but we only stayed one night.he told me to leave the room keys in the room when we left. So we did.

The toilet was messed up. It made a really loud noise every time I flushed it.
