The Magnolia Hotel Searcy

This place is a joke !!!!! First the pool has no water in it that was the only reason I booked was for the pool. I booked a room on priceline. I got there to check in with my confirmation and the manager asked me to cancel my reservation on priceline and pay him said he would give it to me $ 5.00 cheaper. I explained to him I had already booked and paid for my room that I just wanted to check in. Several more times he asked me to cancel on priceline. When he seen I wasn't going to he told me that priceline card was declined I have to pay him I was not staying for free. I showed him that the money was already taken out of my bank account that I was not trying to stay for free I just wanted a room key. He refused to give me a room key. My Son also tried talking to him because I am very frustrated at this point . He got no where either. We walked outside and called priceline customer service . They were very nice but it took almost 2 hours with them . They called several times and tried to reason with this man and got no where either . They finally agreed to cancel my booking and refunded my money . I have booked on priceline and other online booking sites and have never had any issues. I will never stay at this place .

Conveniently located, quiet and great staff. Room was clean with a comfortable bed.

Friendly fast service, clean rooms, well worth the price, booked online was ready within 2 minutes of walking in the door, great location, near lots of shops and restaurants, easy to get to and exit to freeway, great breakfast and coffee hot and ready early in the morning 👍
