Towels were very thin. Pillows were awful. It smelled like paint so that wasn’t great!

I liked that it was really close to the track meet (our reason for traveling).

I didn’t like that the room wasn’t really clean. The attitude of the guy there was very unpleasant and he would hover a bit. The pool was not available. Even with it being the type of place it is I expected more.

We were surprised by the place. It is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the owner is very nice and the value is very, very good. The Internet is very good too, I used it for studying and watching movies on my computer. The hotel is close to many restaurants, coffee shops, and the Harding University.

When I arrived, the desk clerk told me that there were two rooms reserved. I asked him to remove one of the reservations as it was clearly a mistake. He said he would tell the manager it was a "no show". It turns out that you get charged for one night's stay if there is a "no show". It was 97 degrees outside in the middle of July. The pool was empty. Housekeeping smoked in my room (ALOT) and didn't clean anything or replace anything or restock anything, toilet paper, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, soap, nothing. She did make the bed though. Then, when I went to check out, my key suddenly stopped working and the manager just came to my room and opened the door, I presume to see if I left. It was 10:30am when my key stopped working and the manager opened my room door. Clock out wasn't until 11:00am and he didn't knock. He just entered.
