Fire alarms 2-4am constant. Bathroom is below average, too close to entry door of toilet

Car park full of vans parking was an issue.

Not much. Breakfast staff were friendly and helpful.

Decor is falling apart at the seems. The veneer on the bathroom was lifting. Broken tiles. Needs completely redecorating. Check-in was speedy, but it seemed like a major inconvenience to the Reception staff, like I was interrupting their gossiping session. Very hot night, but of course the aircon didn't work. Extremely noisy location. Only marginally better than sleeping in my car. I won't stay here again.

Annie on reception was polite and helpful

Booked a disabled room, asked to move my car from the disabled bay because of film crew vehicles, ants in the room crawling over my face at 2pm,, no air-conditioning, smelt damp, and my disabled husband had an awful night, defiantly wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Air conditioning didn't work

Decent location. Staff we're friendly

AC broke on warmest night of the year. Shower stained and dirty. Room smelled like a smoker lived there.
