"Nice staff but will not be staying here again."

Staff were Nice. Breakfast was already, but not very warm.

Due to the on-going National Press Story about a female having her room entered & being assaulted, I would have thought you would have made sure all your room door securing methods were upto date. My room's was broken. No sink plug so I could not have a shave or sink wash. Decor VERY dated & flooring was very poor. I can put up with painting needs updating but flooring - Not. And, the room phone had no numbers for reception / emergency during the night.
