Great location for Lucas Oil Stadium

Ceiling was falling in, Bobbie pins left on the floor, stains on the carpet, bathroom looked like a motel 6 in the worst cities. When people say it needs updating that’s an understatement, it needs completely redone. For an expensive hotel with a dress code I would’ve expected a million times better.

Did not feel clean and everything was old and out dated. The bathroom could have been cleaner and then staff could have been more organized.

The staff were very nice, and the location is great. The lobby is very pretty.

The room was far, FAR below expectations. I thought it would be a fun, boutique hotel. The website claims 4-star rooms, Egyptian cotton sheets, luxury facilities...the actuality was more along the lines of a roach motel by the side of the highway. The paint on the walls is peeling, the ceiling is literally falling down, there is mold in the bathroom ceiling tiles. Who knows what old chemicals are in those. There was a portable AC unit that vented out the window, which was completely open, no screen, a broken piece of paver holding some screen in place. The door to the room does not latch properly so there is a large sliver of light seen thru the side of the door. Thank goodness I brought additional locks for the door, I felt very unsafe in this room. There was grime around the sinks, the tiles in the bathrooms look like they have never been cleaned, and there were several hairs in the shower that were not mine. The carpet was disgusting. The least of the crimes is that furniture is way too big for the room and in bad shape. The coup de grâce? USED TOWELS. I grabbed what I thought was a clean towel after a shower and started to dry myself off and there were HAIR AND PUBES on this towel. This towel was nicely folded and hung up on the towel bar with the other towels. Even the roach motels have better standards than that. Yes, this is an old building, but I have stayed in hotels that have been around for longer than the US has been a *country* and they were actually nice, clean and 4 star. If the lobby can be restored to the state it is, then the rooms can too. At the very least they can be deep cleaned and properly advertised for what they are. Horrific bait and switch, especially for the price. For the clientele that the Colombia Club seeks to attract, you think that they would want to provide rooms that are as luxurious as they claim to be. I will NEVER be back and will actively dissuade anyone from staying here. I feel deeply unclean after staying here.
