Columbia Club

The room was large. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is dated and could use some updates but has tons of character. Location can’t be beat. We were there for the Indianapolis Marathon over Veterans Day weekend. City lights were beautiful.

The bathroom faucet had rust on it. The wallpaper was peeling. I understand the building is 100 years old and can appreciate that. Some updates are needed though.

Historic property with lots of charm. The artwork and architecture are unique and interesting. One of the rare instances where I really took the time to photograph my surroundings inside. Staff was very friendly and accommodating of my need for a later checkout.

It wasn't quite as clean as I expected, but that was limited to my room. I didn't notice any issues in the common areas.

Location and a quiet place

Bed was so firm it hurt. There wasn’t any air conditioning in the room I was in. Very dated and poorly lit.

The location was great!

It was very outdated. The elevator made strange sounds. Our room was not cleaned properly. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived. They also tripled the price of our room due to the reason we visited (Taylor Swift concert)

Location was good. Staff was the absolute best part of my stay. So warm and courteous.

I paid for city view and there was a brick wall and an office building window directly across from me. The rooms are old and need some updating. Curtains ripped. Bathroom smelled like mold. Toilet horrendously loud and could hear the room next to us. No water or coffee in lobby.

Room wasn't ready when we got there so we had to wait over an hour.

I liked the service from the staff, it was such a busy time and they were so well-organized and helpful and polite. We also loved the location, it was so conveniently within walking distance of so many attractions. The hotel was also gorgeous and historical.

Due to it being a historic hotel, the rooms are pretty dated. The beds and shower are a bit small, but it was very comfortable and clean. There also wasn't a fridge, but that's not a dealbreaker.
