Close to station and staff friendly

The rooms in this heat with no air con were not good. It must have been 40 degrees all night in the room. The desk fan did not suffice . It was unbearable 🥵🥵 Breakfast was ok but cups need cleaning and for the price for one night your best booking a premier inn.

The service was excellent. The staff were attentive and responded promptly to every request. The hotel is in a great location and the room was neat and clean. The team was very friendly and welcoming, especially Shreemoi, who made our check-in process smooth and hassle-free. She also provided helpful information about nearby all-day parking at the cricket club, available for just £2 per day. Her assistance and local guidance were greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

"Good pit stop, lovely staff & good value family room with breakfast."

Comfortable beds & good cleanliness in the rooms. Staff incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very nice too but certainly need some fans in the breakfast room during the hot weather.

Carpets & decor upstairs in hallways could do with a refresh.
