"Großer Optimierungsbedarf"

Große Zimmer. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Reinigungskräfte und Frühstückspersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und in Vielem nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Das gebuchte Queensize Bett war eher etwas für angehende Prinzessinen. Schmal und kurz. Die nicht dicht schließenden Fenster lassen den Straßenlärm ungefiltert ins Zimmer eindringen. Durch die Glas-Abtrennung des Bades zum Zimmer ist keine Privatsphäre gegeben. Das Personal am Empfang scheint nicht besonders motiviert. Der Empfangsbereich gleicht eher einem provisorischen Lagerraum. Nicht sehr einladend. Sehr reduzierte Sitzmöglichkeit im Lobby-/Eingangsbereich. Die Lage ist nur optimal für Besuche des Tiantan Parks.
