Friendly service, quiet setting, great prices, breakfast was very good. Towel in bathroom was dirty, tv was about the size of an ipad.

The Hotel cancelled on me as I didn't spot the ridiculous early check in by time, This was for a family room (so potentially disappointed Children) starting on a Friday evening, I like many people work so getting there for 6pm in near impossible, I also do not live local (who does if its a holiday?) So after informing the hotel of my time of arrival they called back to cancel on me without offering a full refund, I called Expedia who then sided with the Hotel, I understand people can not wait around forever but this is a hotel with a bar...is this not staffed on a Friday night? I had to make hasty arrangements with an alternative website and hotel which as normal was smooth and painless, not at all like this experience, I am now trying to get a refund from my cc company.

Stayed for 3 nights for poker with boyfriend it’s clean basic but deff can not call breakfast basic all fresh good stuff & Joanne tony are great host nothing to much trouble thank you debs tony x

Fantastic breakfast brilliant service from hosts we will be staying again grandkids loved it also we had family room but the kids part with their own ensuit was partioned off so we had privacy also but they could only come into our room as the main entrance door was in our room great idea not just for younger children but if you had couple teenagers

Having booked on Expedia after reading the reviews I'm thoroughly impressed. I booked the room for the weekend for my parents to have a long weekend in Blackpool. The staff were great the lady who greeted us (Joanne) was so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and just what they needed. The breakfasts were top notch and my parents had nothing but good things to stay. The location was fine. Right opposite the cabin tram stop and right opposite a live music bar. I asked them the big question would they stay there again and they said certainly yes. Checking their calendar for next year as I write this.

I went to blackpool for a birthday weekend with my family and my children. Tony and Joanna were so lovely, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was lush. Hotel was so clean, tidy and spacious. Will defo be going back again. Thank you for having us.

The price reflects a place which is much better than a hostel but don't expect new bathrooms or top of the range furniture. The rooms are small but perfectly adequate. I have experienced much smaller than this for a lot more money. I really like this location too. If you want a very clean simple place with the best breakfasts ever at a hostel price then you will be happy. If you want Hilton standard furnishings the you ought to book there.

It was very good . The hotel staff were very good . The breakfast was very good and it was very clean throughout .

We had a lovely stay here - Joanne couldn't have been more helpful and the room was perfect for a family of four as the kids had their own separate room whilst still within the main bedroom. The location was excellent being located so close to the tram stop and with plenty of on street parking.
