The New Kent

Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, with a very clean and well presented establishment. The rooms where very clean and tidy, although a little tight as a family room. Location is out of the way from the hussle and bussle but the tram stop is at the top of the street for easy access into Blackpool or a 20 min walk. There is a Ma Kelly's in close proximatry with a good sized car park that charges £5 for 24 hour as the only other parking is on the street and is limited. Would consider staying again in the future.

Joanne & Tony are the perfect hosts. They are friendly, kind and run a clean, comfortable, peaceful Hotel in a great location a few yards from Ma Kelly's Showboat and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Having recent experience of several alternate accommodations in the area I can safely say The New Kent Hotel is the best in value for money, location, enjoyment of stay and friendliness of welcome. And the breakfast is incredible value.

Had a lovely break away with the family, just what we needed after a busy few weeks

Very welcoming and helpful staff. The hotel on the whole was very clean / tidy. Food was a high quality with very little time to wait. Only negative was the bunk bed for our children creaked everytime the one in the top moved.

Not the best welcome. Not much interaction with hosts only met the lady. Bar/ lounge deserted. No one around apart from breakfast which was the best bit about our stay. Not very accomodating re luggage on day of departure. Expected more after reading facebook reviews to be honest . Glad we got a bargain price.

Was what we expected for a 2 day stay any longer would have been a struggle Had a family of 5 but in 2 separate rooms which I did nt expect also did nt realise was a bit of a walk from north pier (took about an hour to walk to central pier)
