Room was super comfortable and clean. Very spacious Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast options were perfect lost of selection, we were able to have a real breakfast to start our day not just bread products Was a beautiful view from our room over looking the pond

The screen is ripped in the door. Simple fix

"Do not stay here. No sauna, no breakfast and snot on the blankets"

Nothing

Pool was dirty with things floating in the bottom. The hot tub was completely out of service and drained likely hasn’t been running. The sauna has been ripped out and now is a storage closet. There was NO breakfast put on when we stayed. Not even coffee put on. I asked the guy at the front desk if this was the normal breakfast and he said no, they weren’t doing breakfast because it was a holiday. Excuse me? Is long weekends not a time where people travel? So my guess is they run a breakfast during the week for tradespeople who are charged 79$ a night but those of us paying FULL PRICE get nothing? I told him I wanted a refund he said he couldn’t do anything because he was the maintenance guy. He gave me a card. I called and left a voicemail and emailed. Been 3 days and nothing. Oh and first entry there was a nice snot rocket smeared on the bed skirt facing the door. Couldn’t miss it if I tried, we pulled the bed skirt off and made the best of it. Only to be subsequently lied to at every corner. This place should be suspended from posting on booking for the shear false advertising. But it’s a disgusting place. Legit keep driving, sleep in your car, be a better alternative Booking has said they tried reaching out to the property and they aren’t working with them either. What a joke of a business l. Photo of the snot rocket so everyone can enjoy!
