The bed was comfortable, and the room was very quiet.

The room facilities were outdated, and the carpet was very dirty. My family members even had an allergic reaction after walking on it barefoot. Before booking, I saw many reviews saying the breakfast was excellent, but the actual breakfast only included cereal and sliced bread. The staff explained that the contractor responsible for the breakfast service had stopped working with the hotel. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

We reserved a room at the Rodeway Inn several months in advance. Unfortunately, when we arrived we were greeted with a sign on the door saying the motel was closed and was going to be sold. We received no prior notice about this change. Eventually, I was able to locate a caretaker, who put me in touch with the owner. He explained that he had decided to sell a few days ago, but that we could stay at a reduced rate if we wanted. However, the restaurant was closed as well, and the whole place felt abandoned and unsafe. My wife and daughter were adamant we go elsewhere, so we found another place in Grand Falls. Not sure if my payment will be refunded. First time in many years using Booking.com that I've had such an experience.

Excellent, lots of choices and good food
