"Playa excelente y buena atención, pero habitaciones y WiFi por mejorar"

La playa estaba muy cerca y fue uno de los puntos que más disfrutamos. El personal en el área de playa brindó muy buena atención y siempre estuvo atento. En nuestro caso, al ser un viaje de trabajo, los salones de reuniones estaban convenientemente ubicados, cerca y bien equipados, lo que facilitó mucho nuestras actividades.

El WiFi fue bastante deficiente durante toda la estadía, algo importante especialmente para viajes de trabajo. Considerando el precio del hotel, la calidad de las habitaciones nos pareció por debajo de lo esperado. También nos llamó la atención que no incluyeran botellas de agua de cortesía en la habitación; normalmente en hoteles de esta categoría suelen dejar al menos 1 o 2 por día, y en este caso todo era cobrado adicionalmente. Por último, el desayuno fue exactamente el mismo durante los 6 días de estancia, por lo que hubiera sido bueno contar con un poco más de variedad.

Área da piscina maravilhosa! Quarto limpo e vista linda! Funcionários da recepção prestativos.

Atendimento na área de lazer é demorado mesmo em baixa estação. E limpeza das mesas do café da manhã e jantar também foram muito lentas, parecendo haver pouco funcionário para demanda.

Fiz a reserva pelo Booking de um quarto para 2 adultos e 2 crianças ao chegar no check-in me disseram que a reserva que eu havia feito era para crianças menores que 2 anos, e cobraram um valor a mais alegando que eu teria que pagar mais uma cama. Fica a dica, cuidado ao efetuarem a reserva para não serem ENGANADOS e LESADOS como eu fui. Parabéns GRAN HOTEL STELLA MARIS e Booking.com enganando e lesando clientes!
