Americas Best Value Inn Edna

This place was horrible! Im good with it being an older place, however it was nasty!! My wife's feet turned black when walking across the carpet after she took a shower. The handicap rail was rusted off of the wall in the shower. The next morning, my son had to kill a roach so he could take a shower. My wife killed 2 more roaches in the room. Food still in the fridge from the prwvios guest. No iron in the room, thats a first. Had it not been 11pm when they checked in, they would have checked out that night. She checked out at 7am. She asked about the breakfast that was advertised online and on their sign in front of the building and was told "no breakfast due to the covid", clerk had no response when she asked why it was still on the sign. The best part of the stay was the easy refund of the 2nd night and the tv worked....

This inn was awful. The ONLY thing clean was the sheets, thank goodness. The bed was super uncomfortable. The night clerk was rude. The sidewalks had icebuckets with cigarettes everywhere, pizza boxes and pizza strewn all over the stairs, unkept grass, water pipes that made noise. Not only will I never stay here again; I'll never stay at Americas Best Value anywhere again.

Hotel needs some cleanup the room had spider webs and hairs in bathroom and in sheets. Mold on ceiling. Carpet needed to be thoroughly vaccumed.

Room flooded and not from our doing and woke up to no water so we couldn’t even take showers!!! hotel manager was very rude

Shower head broken, rusty water, filthy beyond belief, even the towels were heavily stained. Overall very poorly kept property.

Terrible. Don’t do it. Lack of cleanliness was astonishing and I do not have very high expectations.

Frist night lights went out until 8 the next morning and in the whole hotel it was me and truck diver it was scary feel like i was in a movie

Very friendly tracy goes out of her way with her hospitality clean rooms friendly staff im always on the road living in hotels /motels and this was a very decent place to stay also pet friendly i definitely recommend this motel

stayed for work, it was ok hotel, until new manager came. She is the best hotel lady ever. at 5 we can go eat and everyday she makes us something special. she really cares about us and she makes sure we are ok. stay in lot of hotels because of work. she is the best ever.
