Altamont West Hotel

Got in from clubbing at 2pm and was locked out of the hotel for an hour because the security was sleeping and no front desk staff was on duty. Untrained staff, zero apologies.

Good place to stay if your in the area

The breakfast was great.

What I didn’t like: Despite the staff being friendly, I was disappointed by the lack of communication from management after my stay was cut short due to unforeseen circumstances. My emails requesting a partial refund or an alternative stay were ignored, which felt unfair given the situation. Better customer service and responsiveness would have made a big difference.

At the end they literally throw me out of the room,they came banging at my door at 1130 am telling me that 1100 am is checking out time,the supervisor was present at my door with another staff member
