Altamont West Hotel

The customer service exhibited by the receptionists on our arrival and departure was par excellance The waitress who served us breakfast was v nice friendly and polite. We chose to have a Jamaican breakfast that was artisically arranged,the taste was exquisite but so much food we could not finish it!!!! The room was aesthically pleasing comfortable and clean Big up yourself Altamont Montego Bay Thank you for your positive service Yours sincerly A Morgan-Evans

Building needs more lighting

Had a great time here. It is in walking distance from the beach

It was super clean but in comparison to other stays i have had, at a similar price point , some things were a bit dated. I would stay here again without hesitation because the staff was super amazing. They were genuinely nice.

Dated bathroom/ shower

I like the location. Its central and it overlooks the lovely Caribbean ocean.

The location & the patio that had great views of the ocean.

Having to walk to Hotel 39 for breakfast and the young lady in the Altamonte dining room wasn’t very friendly.

Size of the suite was spacious with a good size bed. Breakfast was good although the staff could be a bit more pleasant. Clean room, nice toiletries Good location, close to doctors cave and harmony park. Good security

I stayed in a suite, one of the TVs didn’t work and after asking several times for someone to fix it I gave up. Some staff could be more pleasant especially the restaurant staff. No elevator. There is literally a beach across from the hotel but it really needs a clean up.

Location and Breakfast was great.

The door wasn’t sealed properly so we could hear every car that drove by night or day.
