Microtel Inn & Suites - Kearney

I enjoyed the openness and friendliness of the front desk associates. There were always helpful, courteous, and professional. The breakfast could offer more variety to help start the day off well, but there were some nice options!

I was disappointed that the room was not checked daily. It would have been nice to have the trash taken out and fresh towels delivered. But, upon arrival, the room was clean and comfortable.

Rooms were a little small and pillows could be better

I've stayed at several hotels in Kearney. This one is my favorite. The queen suite was well designed, and I loved the window seat. Room was so clean and the breakfast of biscuts and gravy, scrambeled eggs, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, begals and bread was just what I like. Food was got and tasty. I wll definitely stay here again.

The staff at check-in was nice.

The rooms are college-dorm-level sparse. And it was LOUD. We could easily have joined the conversation in the neighboring rooms just by talking at a normal volume. And because there’s 24-hour check-in, it was loud all night. There’s no counter in the bathroom for a toothbrush or makeup to get ready, which is unnecessarily tedious. Fluorescent/blue lighting also feels really sterile and uncomfortable.
