The room was lovely & spacious. There was no deadbolt (one inoperable the other torn off) smoke alarm was missing, someone else's panties on the floor & the tv wouldn't come on. No drinks or breakfast at all

"Nightmare "

The place was dirty maid service hit and miss.... Had to wait about twenty minutes before was got hot... I was there in the middle of tourist season for four days The most people or cars in the parking lot 4 The place had a mildew smell I will never stay there again....

I couldn't stay there---the manager was as nice as professional as possible...but housekeeping staff exiting, construction, no TV/WIFI available...made this moment not able to happen---I was told I would NOT BE CHARGED at all---was directed to another hotel in Salina

"No room at the inn..."

I made a reservation online for two rooms. When we arrived a half hour later we were told there were no rooms. The hotel smelled like mildew.

It was quiet. But, there was someone else's good left in the fridge, garbage had previous visitors trash left in the garbage and also their first aid ointment was left on the bathroom counter.

The staff was very accommodating. On check in there was no toilet paper, cups, or batteries for the TV remote. The room heater didn't work and the shower faucet worked in reverse.
