Sol Lanzarote - All Inclusive

fantastic room and fantastic location

We thought the all inclusive package was very good value. The food, drink and activities were all good and the room was comfortable and very spacious, as the rooms had mostly been apartments in the past.Location is excellent, in front of the beach, promenade and close to shops and amenities. The first plane ariving at 7.00am is noisy, if you have the huge patio doors open, but after that, you do not hear it any more. Mostly, there is no noise apart from that of the sea. The downsides were the poor Wifi reception, which made it difficult to download music etc, which was a pity, as there were no English Channels on the beautiful wide screen TV, just foreign news programmes in English. There was also a smell of sewage in the beautiful garden in front of our block (the furthest right), as the treatment centre is in front of the garden. However, we could not smell it on our balcony or in our room. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. If Wifi, TV and sewage system were improved, it would be perfect.

For me, ideally positioned between the airport and golf course. Food good, staff attentive. Vibe relaxed.

I can only recommend this hotel for the following reasons: Great location, great service, cleaness, excellent food and last not the least the daily entertainment.

Staff very helpful and pleasant. Location is perfect. Room was a pleasant surprise. Far too much food! In a bid to cater of all tastes loads of choice but appeared a little samey but as stated previously loads of choice every day.

Great hotel, stopped here before and would again, the all inclusive is now local spirits and drinks and cocktails, water bottles have been stopped to cut on waste, so bring a bottle to refill. The staff are lovely, fani on the bar is a bit miserable but 99 percent lovely. The hotel is clean and have great facilities and its in the quiet end of puerto del carmen in Matagorda only 5 mins in a taxis from airport.

Nice hotel with lovely staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. The general areas of the hotel have become old and tired and there are areas around the Hotel especially the pool areas which require maintenance and upgrade. The standard of food has also dropped since our last stay two years ago. The lifts are very creamy and don’t open on a level floor and the sun beds need to be cleaned as a priority as they are very grubby. The ‘false grass’ areas around the pool of the hotel also need replacing as they do t appear to be ever cleaned. Generally the hotel is nice and clean (internally) with friendly staff but the general condition of the pool area has degraded and the standard of food has dropped.

Hotel was clean and well staffed by happy to help employees. Rooms were spacious and had all expected amenities, as well as cleaned to a high standard daily. The whole vibe about the place was chilled and laid back , and this despite it being occupied by lots of kids of all ages lol Everyone just seemed to want to get on with having a good time and enjoying the sun, way it should be ! All inclusive buffet food was fine , exactly what you would expect at any other like for like holiday resort. The big plus on the food side was the snack bar, open throughout day with a never ending supply of mainly fast food types with added bonus of salad stuffs and fresh fruit, a nice choice to have available. And for the kids it must have been heaven, mountains of sweets always available lol With the beach in easy access it made it a very satisfactory resort, no dramas, just a nice and enjoyable experience. would like to thank all the staff for making it a very pleasant experience , and would happily suggest to anyone wishing to visit, be it with kids or not, to do so, you won't be disappointed.
