Sol Lanzarote - All Inclusive

Staff could not do enough to assist or make your stay more enjoyable. Food was good but not varied so much due to it always being buffet style. Hotel is an older original building looking a little tires in areas. But overall its a great place to be with a reasonable amount of facilities and being so close to the beach helps.

Location was close to the airport. Food was good. Paid extra for a Seaview. See attached photo. Mentioned this at check out. Was told some people class that as a good view. quite a disappointing response. Not worth the extra money I paid. Most of the dining furniture in the restaurant was plastic garden furniture. Table and chairs in the room were also plastic garden furniture. Staff were good and polite.

Lovely stay. Stayed for 3 nights. Great bbq and the kids entertainers / fitness staff were great. The only hitch was that the safe in my room did not work but they were on it straight away. Would recommend and would return :0)

Hotel was located next to the beach with modern decor, a nice pool and was very clean throughout.

Booked this hotel as advertised on @expedia all inclusive but when checking in Abel was not surprised to her us say all inclusive when they had us down as room only as he explained we weren’t the only couple who had booked through Expedia with the same expectations. Advert states it’s all inclusive and Expedia only had different style rooms in options(sea view etc) at no point did it say this was room only booking. I don’t have any good feed back to share from Expedia as I was told they investigated this and found nothing wrong. Note the advert on Expedia website has now change with the name now sol lanzarote. Spoke to Expedia on phone and was advised to pay the money take a copy of bill and send it into complaints dept and I would be refunded. To be fair to hotel I would not have booked this hotel for the total cost of my holiday. Sol lanzarote is right next door to airport but surprisingly the noise from planes didn’t bother us. The food was what you expect from all inclusive there is always something you could eat, snack bar had burgers,pizza, hot dogs and chips every day. Beer on pump self service and cocktails served at bar. Safe in room subject to local charge and towels available at a charge too. Rooms where clean and tidy. Both room and bathrooms where quite large, we stayed in a sol room. Beach easily accessed at rear of hotel within a short walking distance to small shopping Center with bars, longer walk to main strip. Taxis or buses all day long. Booked bus

Excellent comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Very varied buffet food choice, albeit the meat was sometimes of mixed quality. Location excellent on a big sandy beach with nice sea swimming .

Hotel was what we paid for cheap and cheerful. The room was basic but clean. However the hallways could do we some tidying up. The food was to a good quality but not much options especially for the dessert. Staff were all welcoming And friendly. Would just about give it a 4 star however we have a lovely time

We returned to Sol because we had such a good time last year and we were not disappointed. The Hotel is kept clean and fresh and the grounds are very pleasant. The proximity to the beach could not be bettered, that too was always kept clean, though I don't think it belongs to Sol. We would go again in the future.

Location of hotel was excellent - very near airport and within easy access of beach. Food in hotel was superb with lots of choice. Check in was quick, staff were really helpful at all times. Would definitely go again.

Lovely pool areas and easy access to beach and promenade . Only 1 restaurant , food good and great choice but very noisy and canteen like - would have preferred other , quieter more relaxing dining options .
