Sol Lanzarote - All Inclusive

Hotel from was clean and well maintained by friendly staff. Staff at all times were pleasant to deal with. The bath in the room could be replaced with a shower instead of the two way tap adjuster (shower or tap). Towel rail near bath looked like someone had grabbed it when slipping -- needs attention.

Did not think all inclusive right choice solo traveler as most staying in family groups

Pleasant enough hotel, nice staff but not many of them, but it's run very efficiently. Food very good standard. Maid service hit and miss, some days wasn't as good as others. Overall pleasant stay in a 3 star hotel

The hotel was very clean good food staff good but not cheerful we went at a quiet time of year so no queuing at the buffet and plenty of subeds

Location on the beachfront is good, not far from airport and cafe/restaurants, the food and drink quality and variety of it is poor... if you like squash with alcohol in it to resemble wine and plates of chips and bland food then your in the right place...

Staff were so lovely. Food was good in taste and variety. Pools a bit cold. Excellent poolside activities e.g. water spinning, yoga, pilates.

we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It's close to the airport so only took 10 mins transferring. The check in was quick and efficient and the staff were very friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable and we were happy with the standard of housekeeping. Food was varied and plentiful and drinks were to a good quality too.

Ok hotel but not a friendly feeling as I have experienced at previous Lanzarite hotels. The food was poor. I ate breakfast but avoided lunch & dinner. The alcoholic serve yourself drinks were questionable & I even wonder if maybe they were watered down?? I definitely will not be returning.

Stayed for a week and really couldn’t fault this hotel. They catered for everyone, had plenty of sun loungers around the pool, food and drink you could just help yourself to, comfy spacious rooms, great entertainment team and helpful friendly staff! Brilliant holiday

Hotel Sol was ok. Not worth the price as we paid for suite and it was a bit smelly, view was average and balcony was smaller than any others we saw. A couple of requests made on booking (few months before) were not even acknowledged or replied to such as rooms close by for my parents and ourselves (we were in different buildings!) and bathtubs if possible (got one in ours only). Food was varied and not too bad, service was ok, but entertainment was too loud and shrieky! Wifi weak in rooms. Had better.
