The caulking wasn’t done very well. The room was okay but, in my opinion, the refreshing of the room was disappointing.
First room I was given, Room 211, the heater didn’t work. Second Room, 209, the TV didn’t work. The toilet bowl was dirty, had not been cleaned. That is gross! Children were running up and down the hallway at around midnight.
The hotel was recently remodeled but whoever did the caulking in the bathroom did a messy job.

My sister, unfortunately, missed out on staying at this hotel because when I made the reservation, the hotel staff deceived me by claiming that the hotel had full power. However, upon my sister and her husband’s arrival, they discovered that the building lacked power. I reached out to Expedia, who repeatedly attempted to contact the hotel to issue a full refund since my family had no intention of staying there after learning about the power outage. It was disheartening to witness the Saffron Inn & Suites exploiting this unfortunate situation for financial gain!
