Clean I booked wrong dates and just wanted to change dates and they wanted to charge a fee to just change booking dates really was an inconvenience

It was disgusting roaches in the fridge crawling on the toilet on the floor.. they even had roaches dead on the wall and the pillows smelled burnt

USWe booked through reservations.con we’re charged a service fee in addition to the hotel costs. Less than an hour before my husband was to check in I got a call that they were over booked and that someone had bought out the entire hotel for the night. There is a heliport for offshore workers in the area. The weather for the night was supposed to be freezing and some flights had already bees pushed back for the next day. All the deck clerk could do was apologize. I went full Karen on her which I do NOT do. I was responsible for contacting the booking site to secure a refund, which they wouldn’t approve until they spoke with the front desk. Pitiful service. You don’t do that in the middle of a winter storm, or any other time! I guarantee the hotel was bought out THAT DAY and they decided to bump anyone who had a reservation. He stayed in the area often but will NOT be booking here again.
Nice clean place to stay but their breakfast area is used as storage and Not breakfast. I doubt it has been used since 2020 even though it advertised breakfast in the morning. 👎👎👎
