Very horrible customer service, The elevator did not work. Could not give me a refund right then , I had to wait 5 days . Just a very horrible experience. I would not recommend anyone getting a room there .
Theres no breakfast offer its closed down temporarily stayed a month ago and this stay was still shutdown
After getting to our room we notice there was dirty I mean DIRTY bed sheets. It took me 3 times of talking with someone to be try to get it resolved. Left came back it was the same way. Dirty towels also. Went back to front desk when we returned and she changed our room. After 3 night of being there realized the door was actually not locked the whole time we had been there. Only the latch was latching the door closed on the inside. I would not recommend this place ever. Owners need to reimburse my money.
The property is very well-kept, and the staff is very helpful, the hotel is very reasonably priced and the location is perfect for business travel,

The bed was comfortable. The room was nice. However, I was supposed to have breakfast, there was nothing and coffee was already out.

It was a nice property, and the staff was very helpful, also it was convent for shopping and dining. Parking was not a problem.
Walls had lots of scuff marks, roach in the room, tub not clean, and no breakfast offered.
The room was not maintained. There was mold around the tub, a roach on the ceiling, the toilet paper dispenser was pulled out of the wall and the walls were dirty and scuffed up. If I could’ve gotten my money back and left, I would’ve.
