The staff was super friendly and the best thing about this hotel. Our room was horrible, stuck of urine, the toilet seat was completely loose, the room was nasty and unclean. We bought bleach and lysol to clean the room as much as we could but check out early after one night. The neighborhood is rough too.
Overall experience, heater unit wasn’t working, never tried to fix it, room not properly clean, mold on shower lining
Nothing was unique.. attitude from the owner. Mold in rooms heater don't work and it was very cold sat night tv didn't want to come on..rooms was dirty.i would not recommend this hotel to NOBODY
The manager don't know how to talk to his guess,tv didn't work,the heater was on 90 and blowing cold air they came in to check the tv and heater she got a call and said she will be back she never came back
Pulled cover back and found a pair of men’s underwear at the foot of the bed on one side and a pair of women’s at the foot of the other side. Will not stay there ever.
Great place and friendly staff
When I arrived everything was fine then I went to shower and the towels where all stained up and dirty.. I had a good night sleep till 5 am when the people upstairs sound they like where running back and forth stomping.. I went to the call the front desk and there phones didn’t work so I had to walk there and they didn’t even have staff nor a bell to ring for one. I stood there quiet a while before I realized no one was coming. The ice machine didn’t work and the breakfast bar was closed due to understaff .
Heater in my room like many others in building did not work. Froze at night and had to bring in blankets for my car to stay warm. Overall a nice place but cleanliness needs improvement.
Hotel was recently renovated so the beds were new. Comfortable stay for the value. We had some confusion at check-in but the person at front desk worked with us to resolve it.
It is close to everything and staff was friendly.
