The management was not very nice to my family who were evacuating Laura. There was a broken bed and a hole in the wall that they acted like they never saw before. They never apologized to attempted to fix anything. They actually told my sister that if she didn't like it she could leave! During an emergency situation when hotels were booked and conditions were going to be bad soon. Only stay here in a last resort, it's a dump run by someone who has no business being in the services industry. Terrible customer service!

was for a little while stading watching caps the pit boss come u to me and said I couldn't stand next to my husband it was company policy he was very rude. Never will I go back to the palaces casino again. Beware that it don't happen if your a couple.
The freezer compartment in the refrigerator was solid ice and extended into the refrigerator compartment. the inside was dirty. with all that ice there, I would guess it had been weeks since it had been cleaned. The first gentleman I met when I checked in was not friendly although he was not hostile either. He either had a bad day or didn't feel good. I would hope he isn't that way all of the time. I showed the freezer to a housekeeping lady and asked her to wait until I left on Thur to take care of it. She was in the next day while I was gone (I kept a do not disturb placard on the door) and unplugged the refrigerator and placed 2 towels on the floor. When I got back to my room (#101) the water was seeping across the floor through the towels and the food I had in the refrigerator was floating in the water dripping off of the freezer section. I did complain to the unpleasant (?manager) and took the food container to him and told him that he could through the food away. The light was out at the entrance inside the room and the door to the bathroom was broken. The room should never have been rented out.
