Hotel RH Royal - Recommend for adults

Just back from a fabulous holiday at RH Royal in Benidorm. What a lovely hotel with very friendly staff, with a good selection of lovely food and great entertainment. It was our first visit to this hotel and we will be back! We were lucky enough to be in a gift room and each day we went back to a surprise in our room - from tote bags to sunglasses and lots more besides (don’t want to give away all the secrets). The hotel is situated between the old town and the new town ideal for wherever you want to go - we had a sea view with a south-facing balcony and sunshine all afternoon. The pool and sun-terrace with plenty of sun beds and pool side entertainment (with prizes) kept us busy and entertained. Highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel - with sister hotel just across the road - RH Victoria where families can enjoy the same friendly atmosphere and we were welcomed to use the facilities. If you are looking for an adult only hotel where people return year on year then look no further. Thank you for a wonderful stay - can’t wait to come back x

Third time in 18 months but found winter months a better holiday. Fantastic hotel food amazing rooms exceptionally clean so are communal areas. BUT the rooms are very dated and long overdue an upgrade, the lifts are small, slow and stop, the sunbeds dip in so much hard to get out of. We had a leak in the bathroom overnight, went to the toilet, slipped on the water, back and bottom severely bruised, took a photo showed to reception to put in accident book and all he asked was the leak fixed. Having said that customer services offered me a doctor and bought me some bruise cream. Would I go back there ? For the food staff and cleanliness yes for the datedness probably no

This was our fifth visit to the RH Royal and it wont be our last. There was a friendly welcome from the receptionist who, when giving us the room key stamped it with the hotel logo and told us that as regular visitors we would be entitled to a 10% reduction on drink prices, very nice. The room is comfortable and cleaned daily and tea and coffee replaced. As everyone knows its the food that makes a holiday and the food choices are excellent. Starting with full English breakfast with a different choice of cooked eggs from poached to omelettes all cooked to order, there is even a bottle of chilled prosecco laid on (we had Bucks Fizz with our breakfast, great). The lunch and evening meals did not disappoint with a good range of fish and meat cooked to order by the chef including steaks, tuna, salmon, giant prawns, pork, chicken and lamb chops. We love this hotel and one of reasons we do is the position, turn right and 200 yards away is the old town centre, cross the road and 500 yards away is the beginning of Cala Gerona the main entertainment area of Benidorm so the choice is yours without traveling too far. We are going back again in May 2026 and cant wait.

Good location...handy for everything...20 min walk from station. Wide breakfast selection and efficient staff.

Charging for small bottles of water left in the room fridge is rather cheeky... especially considering the room rate already paid

Great little hotel mainly for the retired, food excellent something for everyone. Hotel is dated but kept well clean. The orange arm chairs in the rooms are outdated well worn and very uncomfortable they need to be changed . Swimming pool is first class well kept as as with the area plenty of sun beds , been here many times and booked for next year .

Location excellent near old town and not far from where all the action is. Food very good and good variety for breakfast. Staff were very helpful and parking was very reasonable would highly recommend. 👍

Fantastic option in Benidorm. Adults only and offers BB, HB & AI. We opted for HB. Great selection of food and hotel when should be. The restaurant manager was lovely and quickly remembered our room numbers. Service was excellent. So very clean. Pool area cleaned every morning. Special shout out to Alain/Alan from the animation team. Husband loved the activities. Great location approx 10 mins to beachfront prom and 5 mins to Old Town. How rude, my husband said we had to leave today to catch our flight, I pleaded to stay!

About to leave but don't want to after 12 days. Lovely room well up to date. Very clean with daily cleaning. Friendly helpful staff. Great choice of excellent food. Close to old town, beach and the strip which is well lit up like a mini los Vegas at weekend. One of the best hotels I've stayed in.
