Hotel RH Royal - Recommend for adults

Poco espacio en el salón, tuvimos q estar de pie

Only problem really with the hotel was the lifts. There's only two small lifts and sometimes you could be waiting 5 mins outside the lift door.

Bar staff were excellent little

Breakfast was not up to usual standard

Pequeño hotel sin lujos pero muy acogedor, la habitación se nota que ha sido reformada sobre todo por el aseo. Buffet correcto sin excedentes pero perfecto. Personal muy amable desde recepción, cafetería hasta el restaurante El parking está en reformas y nos ofrecieron plaza en el hotel de enfrente de misma compañía Está muy bien situado el hotel del centro, comercios y restauración así como a pocos metros de la playa, a un solo paseo

Por poner una pega que solo es a nivel personal es que el suelo es de moqueta pero ya digo sólo a nivel personal

Positives about this hotel - location especially to old town, staff so helpful and friendly, cleanliness, room size and balcony, food choice, pool area Negatives - food tepid at times - soup especially, air conditioning turned to warm centrally without warning which meant our room was stifling - had to sleep with window open which was a bit noisy

Simply can’t find fault! Service excellent! Staff super attentive and friendly. Location couldn’t be better, five minute walk to the middle dividing old and new Benidorm. Food fantastic! I never needed to eat chips once! Loads of fresh selection and no queues. Rooms were spotless although the photos on the website don’t do them justice. They are perfect. Weather was unbelievably good for mid November but not hot enough to swim so can’t really talk about the pool area. I’ve been to Benidorm 16 times so I think I know what good looks like……this was the best and I will definitely be back here. Thank you RH Royal!!!
