Oceanview Inn - Emerald Isle

Clean. Dated. Great service. I was in town for a work trip. Stayed 5 nights. Wifi didn't work for the duration. Mini fridge froze my food. Location is good.

The staff and the location

The room was hot and took a long time to cool down. The door was swollen and had to be shut with force.

I loved the privacy and large room. It was a short walk to the pier or beach.

I wish the bathroom was a little larger.

The rooms were not well cleaned the walls had stain and spills. Soda residue on walls where trash can was trash can had no lid. Bathroom had hairs and dust. The top of headboard was very dusty.

The shower had a hard time draining, the air conditioner only worked around half the time, and the ice machine outside you had to pay for but was out of ice and did not give a refund. Besides that, the staff and location were amazing! We were greeting with smiles and calling our family by name! The room clean and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be returning in the future!
