Staff were very helpful. They did offer to do a deep clean of the room after we brought it to there attention.The view from the window is amazing.

Hotel room was big but was very dusty, we were expecting a pool bar and restaurant but the restaurant had closed down and they do not serve alcohol at this facility. Place is closing down for refurbishment and you can see they are not bothering to take care of the upkeep.

Tempat yang begitu cantik ,dekat dengan semua tempat,view malam on top sebab nampak komtar dan keindahan bandar ,sampai nampak jambatan pulau pinang sangat” best..staff memang peramah sangat” bagus ,semua pekerja yang terbaik

Cuma haritu parking dia agak mahal,mybe ni first time jadi tak tau pasal parking

地理环境去哪里都方便。

这是我第1次租到这样的房间，以前前3次都ok，这次给的房间很旧，床头2边的插坐不能用，电视机雪花画面，桌子多数有木刺。
