This was my first time at this Westin location. I was very happy with the overall experience. The front desk staff was very friendly, easy check-in and the room was decent and a great size. The hotel is not a new build, but I had a clean room and did not hear any external noises. It was pretty packed so quite lively much of the time. I ate breakfast both mornings at the Small Batch-Local Kitchen and the food was great. The staff was just amazing with the service. Great location too, right off the highway.

Guyana and Niko were both tremendous. Really exception customer service, very accommodating, thoughtful. Great engagement with both Guyana and Niko. Each of them made our stay more enjoyable and comfortable. Rachael in the restaurant and lounge was terrific. Great personality, super attentive, great service. Ramon was also fantastic, super great service.

Upon arriving in my room I noticed hair all over the bathroom and in the shower and the hotel moved my room down the hall only to find the same problem. Being tired I didn’t want to go through the hassle of moving again but did inform them of the same issue. I was then charged a $230 incidental fee after being told that it’s just a hold in case the room gets messed up or things are ordered through room service. However, no such thing was done and I brought my own food with me and all I did was shower and sleep then checked out the next day
