The house keep is good the reception lady is nice. After all we have a great 2nights stay. The spa is amazing for us to relax. I didn’t expect to be very clean when comes to motel but still when we check-in the motel still

Nice property within walking distance of the town centre.

Very clean, quiet, friendly helpful receptionist. Everything I needed and nothing I didn’t! Only very minor criticism is that plate was missing on main light switch. Will definitely stay again!

Stacey and Darrin were such great hosts, they even remembered our names. Easy walk to CBD, clean rooms, heated floor, fresh milk and a warm welcome. We liked it so much we had to stay on the way back. Potentially the best value hotel ever. Of course we would stay again.

Arriving to the jetted spa bath was a treat, as a stop over with a young family. Would have loved to have had more time to enjoy the amenities. We decided not to opt for the continental breakfast option, being a little pricey for what you get and with other reasonable eats in the area.

Stayed here for on night on the way done Wellington the checkin good 👍 the room was spacious and clean . Had a kitchen and good size bathroom with a courtyard The heating was a jeat pump and car parking wifi was good and room was quiet 5 mins drive to the shops All in all a good stay

Very neat & tidy & clean. Exceptional staff interaction. We were arriving after reception had closed & they made a phone call & sorted where they would leave the key. Very impressed. Was looking forward to a spa bath but that is a no-go after 10pm to respect other guests.

We stayed in the Mountain View suite -I think because I saw a review. And they weren’t kidding, this studio is massive! We’ve had a busy 10 days road tripping around the Nth Is and decided for our last day to just have a cosy nap kinda day (after a morning boat trip across the lake). Could not ask for a better room to sloth out in. Watched movies and rugby, got takeaways to eat in and generally recharged in peace and quiet -all this with the stunning mountain views and colours of autumn on display. Also on check in, I called to ask for more shower gel and help for a stuck bathroom sink plug & Sophie and co came up promptly and sorted it for us. Also the shower was my fav of this trip! (I know it’s a small thing but I love showers lol) Close to the food, shops, lake, Two Mile Bay Sailing Club, you name it. Will recommend to anyone who asks us.
