Location was perfect for our trip. Was very clean. A few complaints, the pool and spa were closed. The highway seems to be like a race track and was very noisy which made it hard to sleep. Walls seemed paper thin and could hear everything going on in other rooms.
Check in was very fast. The clerk was extremely nice and helpful. The property was a little away from shopping & dining but definitely worth it. Our room was a little noisy so next time we plan on getting a room on the top floor. The room had tons of room. Quiet from street noise only upstairs room noise. We will be staying here again.
Everything was great
The property was fine, clean, ceiling in breakfast area needed attention. Main thing was bed was uncomfortable. Did not sleep well
First, the staff member on duty when we arrived late the first evening was very nice. He was friendly and engaging every time we encountered him. The room was the issue. The toilet wouldn’t flush well and was constantly running. I fixed that myself. There were stains on sheets and random stains all around the room. The general cleanliness of the room was below average. Attention to detail would go a long way. The breakfast was average for a hotel like this, but the prepackaged muffins were moldy. We ate other things, but still. Not what we wanted to see. The location was fine and access to Amarillo and Canyon was great. I’d stay here if again if there wasn’t another option, but it was slightly below average, primarily due to cleanliness and attention to details.
Couldn't ask for a more cozy stay. Convenient and comfortable.
Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Location is convenient. Staff was friendly especially Shane Donovan went above and beyond during our stay. He is quite an asset to your team.
Overall, pretty happy with our stay
Everything was fine, just know you have to pay a deposit it no matter if you pay with card or cash.
Asked about late check out options and the person at the desk was rude about it. Just needed the extra hour
