Holiday Inn Express Amarillo South by IHG

Quiet and comfortable,

Room was dirty. Crumbs on counter, lots of hair in shower and on bathroom floor.

Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Chose this hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub. Pool area was out of service. Great hotel for our trip to Palo Duro Canyon other than sore hiking muscles and no hot tub

Comfy bed and great TV. Relaxing after a long day of driving

The staff are super friendly and helpful, willing to go the extra mile and that makes all the difference. Room appeared to be newly built and remodeled, no signs of wear and tear. Very comfortable and roomy. Enjoyed staying there. Perhaps more parking closer to front entrance as it appeared to be only entry to building. Like this single as a good security feature, though

Everyone was friendly! Place was clean and breakfast was great!

When we arrived our room had a ladder in it and the thermostat was off of the wall it was obvious they were working on it and not ready for guests. The front desk got us another room but was not apologetic about it. The new room was nice but the bathroom floor was not swept and the nightstand was dirty. The spa was broken and the pool said closed but informed us after asking that we could swim they just don’t turn the sign over! Overall I would stay again but wish they were a little more friendly and things worked better.
