"Pretty nice hotel, but with some glaring weak spots."

The room was quite nice, large, and comfortable. And the few staff with whom I interacted were all quite pleasant and helpful, including a very late (1:15am) checkin after a long day of driving.

The room was fine and very clean, however the shower fixture was extremely worn out, leaky, and on the verge of complete breakdown. It really needed to be replaced long before I stayed in that room.. There was no free breakfast, just a faux Starbucks with higher than normal pricing. I would have appreciated a more simply off/on location from I-95, but it wasn’t too bad.

"Overall, a nice and pleasant stay."

Our stay at this hotel left us satisfied. The hotel’s convenient location was a plus for us. The room was nice overall. But there was some signs of heavy wear and tear(scuffing) on the wallpaper and some furnishings. Functionally though, we had no problems with the room. The bedding was super comfortable, allowing us to get very well rested. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Hot tub was freezing cold. The ladies at the front desk had horrible attitudes. Bathroom was very dirty in our room. Location was nice, lots around the hotel.

My wife and I recently had an extended stay at this Courtyard by Marriott. The room was fine, but we especially liked and appreciated the guest service that Ehab continually provided. He was always pleasant and ready to help us. The hotel is very fortunate to have Ehab “at the front desk.” When we come to Richmond again, we’ll want to stay here.
